AI-powered comprehensive technical platforms
AAV · mRNA · Cell Therapy · In vivo CAR-T

Our ex vivo CAR-T platform pursues a dual-track strategy—autologous and off-the-shelf—addressing long manufacturing timelines, high cost, limited solid-tumor efficacy, and allogeneic rejection. Autologous CAR-T is armored with immunomodulatory domains and rationally optimized signaling to enhance persistence and reprogram the solid tumor microenvironment, supported by a fully closed, automated manufacturing system. Off-the-shelf CAR-T combines multiplex gene editing to mitigate GvHD and host rejection, enabling scalable clinical supply. Together, the two tracks cover personalized and accessible therapeutic needs, advancing next-generation cell therapies.

We have independently developed an AI-empowered integrated mRNA-LNP technology platform. For construct design, our linear mRNA leverages AI predictive models to precisely screen high-efficiency UTRs and optimize codon usage, significantly enhancing molecular stability and expression. For circRNA, AI-driven optimization of circularization sequences, combined with our proprietary purification process, overcomes the bottleneck of high-purity, large-scale manufacturing. This eliminates at the source the potent immunogenicity caused by uncircularized impurities, enabling circRNA to fully realize its advantages of long-acting expression and low immunogenicity. On the delivery side, our AI-driven high-throughput LNP screening platform integrates virtual lipid screening, high-throughput synthesis, and in vitro/in vivo validation, enabling precise targeting of tissues such as the liver, lungs, spleen, and lymph nodes. Combined with our proprietary antibody conjugation platform, it enables efficient, precise cell-level targeted delivery, fully empowering the development and translation of next-generation nucleic acid therapeutics.

Our in vivo CAR-T platform features dual delivery strategies—lentiviral and non-viral—overcoming the cycle time, cost, and lymphodepletion bottlenecks of ex vivo manufacturing. The lentiviral route applies engineered targeting vectors to transduce T cells in situ after intravenous administration, enabling durable CAR expression and tumor cell depletion. The non-viral route leverages LNP/mRNA delivery for transient, controllable expression, repeat dosing, and lower integration risk. These complementary strategies balance durability with safety, enabling lymphodepletion-free, off-the-shelf intravenous therapy with improved access and scalability.

Driven by proprietary next-generation capsid engineering and robust CMC capabilities, our AAV platform redefines gene therapy. Our AI- and rational design-derived capsids break the liver-tropism barrier, enabling extrahepatic targeting, immune evasion, and redosing for indications including neurology, ocular disease and oncology. On the CMC front, our scalable manufacturing and purification processes maximize the full-to-empty (F/E) capsid ratio and genome integrity, ensuring batch consistency from bench to commercial scale. The platform has successfully advanced multiple pipelines, with several IND clearances, validating our end-to-end capabilities from foundational innovation to clinical execution.

Purpose-built for Cell and Gene Therapy (CGT), our AI platform serves as an end-to-end digital engine powered by multi-omics and machine learning. It deeply integrates into three core pillars: R&D, accelerating target discovery, neoantigen screening, and intelligent design of sequences and delivery systems; Manufacturing, solving the “N-of-1” challenge via smart scheduling and full-lifecycle quality traceability; and Clinical & Commercial, driving data-informed regulatory and strategic decisions. By embedding AI across the CGT value chain, we systematically break through efficiency and cost bottlenecks, accelerating the delivery of transformative therapies to patients.

Our 30+ core patent families cover the critical pathway of CGT therapeutics across the US, China, Japan, and Europe. We are recognized for an industry-leading global IP layout, with 160+ patent applications currently pending.
